Membership Procedure

Membership of the Association is open to medical and dental practitioners with an interest in dental anaesthesia, sedation or analgesia who have been approved by Council. On occasion other persons, not medically or dentally qualified, who have been similarly approved by Council may also be granted membership.

Membership Application
A membership form to join the ADA can be accessed by clicking here (pdf). Please print, complete and then return the form to The Membership Secretary, Association of Dental Anaesthetists, 21 Portland Place, London, W1B 1PY. Please do not send any money with your application. Once approved for membership you will be contacted with details of the subscriptions procedure.
